Position specific 1 to 1 coaching


Each session is designed around the individual needs of the player. The sessions look to develop all the technical, tactical and physical areas of a players game including, dribbling, first touch, ball striking, running with the ball, agility, balance & coordination, speed, and endurance. At MEFC our philosphy is to work on individual ball mastery and 1v1 domination as we believe this is the base from which all the best players in the world have.



  • Each session is monitored with players top speed, distance covered and sprint distance is recorded by GPS vest to help keep track of progress and compare to elite players in same position.
  • The sessions can take place either at your home (depending on garden size), a local park or at one of our venues. (Extra cost if paying for venue)




Group and Team Training


Group and team sessions are aimed at all ages and abilities. If you and your mates or your team want to get ready for a new season or want extra training throughout the season then book a football or futsal session.

Our skilled and qualified coaches will come out to you. We can work on any specific sessions to suit your needs.

Football & Futsal Birthday Parties


We offer so many different options for your child to have the best experience. If you're interested in booking a party contact us for a quote so we can personalise the perfect party for you to make it an unforgettable experience. The session will consist of warm up, fun games and matches.

Personalised Plans 

If you want to be able to compete at the highest level physically, play full of energy and feel in peak condition at the right time in the season then invest in a personalised plan. With years of experince working with professional S&C coaches and sports scientists its helped us at MEFCoaching help design plans. we currently offer 2 types of personalised plans:

  1. Micro cycle which is a weeks plan Monday-Sunday
  2. Meso cycle plan monthly plan


  • Bodyweight programs (suits those with no access to weights)
  • Off season plan (maintain physical fitness and football sharpness ready for pre season)
  • Pre season plan (Improve your physical and technical attributes making you fitter, stronger and more powerful)
  • In season plan (keep you at physical fitness ready for competition)
